We at the Rainbow House would like to acknowledge and thank the M & M Community Foundation and the C & R Peters Fund for your generosity. Without these funds, these victims of Domestic violence would have had no other means of transportation to doctors, hospitals, Human Services, Job Service, counseling, interviews or legal proceedings. This funding makes things much more accessible for our clients, and helps them to return to as much of normal life as possible. With the Children’s Grant provided, our Youth advocates purchased an educational program relating to the prevention of teen dating violence. This preventative program breaks the cycle that so negatively impacts families in our communities. |
